Kimchi and breast cancer

October is breast cancer awareness month. Everyone is wearing pink. Does eating kimchi cause or prevent breast cancer? I think the answer is: it depends. It depends on your other health conditions, your risk factors, and ultimately your genetics. For some, eating kimchi could be a health benefit. For others, it could be an additional risk factor. It also depends on how much kimchi you eat, the type of kimchi you're eating, and what else you eat (your diet composition).
